Once your order is placed, we aim to dispatch it within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, it usually takes 6–7 working days for the order to reach you, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Our Exchange Philosophy

At Think Unlimited Kids, we put our hearts into curating fashion-forward, comfortable, and high-quality clothing for your little ones. We understand that sometimes things don’t fit right or meet expectations — and that’s okay! We’re here to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying.

Exchange Policy

  • Product Exchange Available:
    We offer exchange on every product — not just size exchanges. This update to our previous policy is designed to improve customer satisfaction and flexibility. Whether it’s a size, style, or comfort issue, we’re happy to help!
  • Exchange Window:
    You can request an exchange within 5–7 working days of receiving your order (extended from our earlier 48-hour window).
  • How to Request an Exchange:
    Please email us at thinkunlimitedkids@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 83176 62818 with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  • Received a Wrong or Damaged Product?
    We’re sorry! Please share clear images of the item and the packaging — especially areas showing damage or incorrect shipment — via email at thinkunlimitedkids@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
  • Exchange Process:
    • Exchange requests are reviewed within 2–3 working days.
    • If approved, pickup is arranged within 2–4 working days.
    • It takes 7–10 working days for the returned product to reach our warehouse.
    • After inspection, a new product or a credit note will be processed within 3–7 working days.
  • Shipping Charges:
    Please note that exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • One-Time Exchange:
    Exchange can be availed only once per order.
  • Packing Guidelines:
    Items must be packed securely with all original tags, invoice, and packaging. We are not responsible for any damage or loss in transit due to poor packaging.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items:
    For hygiene reasons, products like swimwear are not eligible for exchange. Products that are used, washed, altered, or without original tags/invoice will not be accepted.
  • Rejected Exchange:
    If your returned item does not meet the above conditions, it will be sent back to you at your cost, and no credit note or exchange will be issued.

Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not offer returns on any products due to the personalized and curated nature of our items.
  • We do not issue refunds. However, in rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., product out of stock), we will cancel it and issue a credit note.
  • Credit Note Validity: Credit notes are valid for 12 months and can be used at www.thinkunlimitedkidstore.com.
  • Refunds are issued only in the form of credit notes — no monetary refund will be processed.
